I meet a lot of couples who want a wedding day that feels organized, beautiful, and supported without juggling a long list of vendors. When you walk into The Galleria Event and Conference Center, the difference is clear right away. The rooms are clean, the gear is out of sight, the lighting is ready, and the flow from preparation to reception feels simple. You get to celebrate while we handle the work behind the scenes.
The spaces and how guests move comfortably
We host weddings at 4140 Linden Ave in Dayton, close to Route 35 and Woodman Drive. Couples often use Galleria I and the Lobby for the celebration. Galleria II is available too, and many pick it for the cocktail hour, so the transition is smooth. The Welcome Suite gives you a quiet place to start the day, and the layout makes it easy for guests to understand where to go.
Our building can host up to 225 guests, which works well for both large and small weddings. All gear stays hidden, including sound equipment. Lighting is built in with uplighting across the venue, and pin lighting is available, so the room feels complete as soon as you arrive.

Service and staffing support during the day
We include an event coordinator in All Inclusive I and above. Our team handles setup and cleanup in All Inclusive II and III. These tiers also include a room assistant to help with table settings. All Inclusive III adds a bride’s assistant who handles decor and table settings so you can focus on enjoying the day.
Our DJ and emcee are part of all-inclusive packages. That means music, microphones, and dance floor lighting are already covered. Couples who want ceremony support can add a ceremony coordinator who handles the rehearsal and event time.
Food and beverage approach, and what is included
Catering is included when you book an all-inclusive package. You can choose from partners such as Brock Masterson’s Catering, Kohler Catering, Rudy’s Catering, and Tortilleria Garcia. Appetizers and menu options are covered. China and flatware are included in All Inclusive III. Disposable dinnerware is part of All Inclusive I.
Non alcoholic bar service is available as an add-on. It includes soft drinks, mixers, garnishes, cups, and ice, and it requires a bartender. One bartender is enough for smaller weddings. Two are required for events with more than 125 guests. You may bring an approved licensed caterer for outside food, based on your preference.
What is included with your booking, and what to plan separately
All-inclusive packages include venue rental for Galleria I and the Lobby, catering, linens based on your tier, DJ service, lighting, event coordination in most tiers, dinnerware according to your package, and setup support. All Inclusive II and III include white or black chair covers, white wall drape, coordinated linens, and uplighting in your chosen colors. All Inclusive III also includes chargers.
Enhancement groups add optional touches such as aisle runners, bridal and groom suites, cake table lighting, lit drape, monograms, exterior lighting, chair sashes, or photo shows. A cleaning service is required for events with one hundred guests or more.
Planning flow on site
Many couples choose to add the ceremony package. It includes a one-hour rehearsal and a one-hour ceremony. Music and microphones are provided through the DJ, and Galleria II becomes your cocktail hour space. This keeps guests close and gives you time for photos. Our location is ten minutes from downtown, giving you plenty of photography options for added variety.
Neighborhood and photo opportunities
We are close to Route 35 and Woodman Drive, which makes it easy for guests to find us. Being a short drive from downtown Dayton helps couples who want city photos after the ceremony. The convenience keeps the day moving with no long travel breaks.
Conclusion
Your wedding day should feel organized from the moment you arrive. That is why we keep the rooms ready, the lighting set, and the details in place. You get finished spaces, steady support from our team, and a layout that works well for your guests. When you walk through Galleria I, the Lobby, Galleria II, and the Welcome Suite, you can picture the day unfolding with no extra stress.
