How is parking handled for guests?


On-site parking is available right at the venue, so your family and friends don’t have to circle city streets or pay for garages. Being across from Route 35 and just ten minutes from downtown Dayton also makes the trip straightforward for both local and out-of-town guests. That convenience extends to photography, too. Many couples head downtown for off-site portraits, then return easily for their reception at The Galleria Event & Conference Center.


What’s included in wedding packages?


Our all-inclusive packages are built to cover the essentials, from venue rental and event coordination to catering, linens, lighting, DJ services, and cleanup. Uplighting across the venue is included, and pin lighting can highlight special areas. Couples can select from approved caterers such as Brock Masterson’s, Kohler, Rudy’s, or Tortilleria Garcia, or request approval for another licensed option. Bartender service is available, with two required for receptions larger than 125 guests. For a more hands-on approach, our DIY reception option provides eight hours of access, tables and chairs, wall draping, uplighting in your chosen colors, and on-site staff support. Are there private spaces for the wedding party?


Yes, we have a bridal suite designed for comfort on the day of your event. It offers space to get ready and relax with your closest friends before walking into the main room. A groom's suite can also be reserved, giving both sides of the wedding party a private area to prepare within The Galleria Event & Conference Center itself.


What should couples plan separately?


While our packages cover most of the big elements, some services are offered as add-ons. Ceremony coordination, extended planning hours, cleaning service for events over 100 guests, and customized decor such as monograms or exterior lighting can all be added to fit your plans. Our team is available to walk you through which details are included and which you may want to budget for separately.
